

Our Services
At Hill Country ABA we provide a variety of self-pay and insurance funded services. Our self-pay options are open to anyone and everyone - because ABA is beneficial to anyone and everyone! We have a lengthy background in working with individuals of all abilities, with our Owner and Lead BCBA having spent over 15 years volunteering and working with the special needs community as well as teaching in the Special Education setting for five years. Self pay options require no specific diagnosis, are available to individuals ages 3 and up, and can be provided in both in-home and community settings.
Insurance funded services are currently only available to individuals who have received a clinical diagnosis of Autism for ages typically ranging from 3-21 (dependent on provider). Insurance funded services are currently waitlisted. Fill out our form below to request more information.

Social Skills Groups
Our Social Skills Groups offer a supportive environment where individuals can learn and practice essential social skills through fun, interactive activities. Led by experienced ABA professionals, these groups are designed to help participants improve communication, build relationships, and navigate social situations with confidence. Each session focuses on age-appropriate skills, such as taking turns, making friends, understanding social cues, and problem solving, with lessons tailored to meet the unique needs of the gorup. Through guided practice and positive reinforcement, participants gain the tools they need to thrive in social settings. ​

The goal of our social skills groups is to create a welcoming environment for parents who might need additional support for their kiddo's to thrive! This is a judgement free zone where worries about whether your child will "behave" are to be left behind.

Our Social Skills Groups are held on Saturdays and are divided into groups by age. Social Skills groups are in a group setting and will not have a 1:1 ratio. A caregiver must remain present. Please see the calendar below for a list of upcoming events!

Direct ABA Services
Our direct ABA services offer individualized, one-on- one therapy sessions tailored to each client's specific needs and goals. Through our evidence-based naturalistic techniques, our skilled therapists work directly with individuals to develop critical life skills, enhance communication, and reduce challenging behaviors. Sessions are designed to be engaging and effective with a focus on promoting independence and improving overall quality of life. Direct ABA services are held in the home and community setting.

Direct ABA services typically range from 10-30 hours per week depending on need.

Direct ABA therapy services can be provided to individuals with & without a clinical Autism diagnosis through our self-pay model.

Parent & Family Coaching
​ Our parent coaching services empower families by providing the tools and strategies needed to support their child's progress in the home environment. Through personalized coaching sessions, our experienced BCBA will work closely with parents to each practical, evidence-based techniques that can be seamlessly integrated into daily routines. This collaborative approach not only enhances the effectiveness of therapy but also helps parents feel confident and equipped to manage challenging behaviors and promote positive development.

Our goal as ABA providers is for the skills that we teach to be able to be generalized across multiple people and multiple environments. Ultimately, its's crucial for parents and close family members to be on board and well versed in the techniques we are using in therapy.

If direct therapy is not currently an option for you, parent & family coaching might be the perfect solution! Parent and family coaching is included in direct ABA services (both self-pay and insurance funded) but can also be utilize on their own.

Parent and family coaching typically ranges from 2-8 hours per week, dependent on need.

Academic Support
Our ABA-Based Academic tutoring combines evidence- based ABA strategies with invidualized academic support to help students achieve their educational goals. Our tutors all have a background in Applied Behavior Analysis and will focus on building foundational skills, improving attention, and fostering a positive learning experience tailored to each student's needs. Whether your child is struggling with specific subjects or needs help developing effective study habits, our ABA-based approach ensures that learning is engaging and adapted to their unique learning style, promoting both academic success and confidence ​

Vocational Support
Our ABA-based vocational support equips individuals with the skills they need to succeed in the workplace. Through personalized, evidence-based ABA strategies, we help clients develop essential job-related skills, including job exploration, task completion, resume formation, time management, communication, and social interactions in a professional setting. Whether preparing for a first job or enhancing existing work skills, our program is tailored to each individual's strengths and career goals, fostering independence and confidence in the workplace.

Daily Living Support
Our ABA based life skills support is designed to help individuals develop essential everyday skills that promote independence and enhance quality of life. Using evidence-based ABA techniques, our trained professionals work one-on-one to teach and reinforce practical skills such as personal hygiene, cooking, money management, and social interaction. Each program is tailored to the individual's unique needs and goals, ensuring they gain the confidence and ability to navigate daily challenges and live more independently. ​​

School Consulting
Our School Consulting services offer schools expert guidance in implementing effective, evidence based strategies to support students with diverse learning and behavioral needs. We work collaboratively with educators, administrators, and support staff to create and refine behavior intervention plans, enhance classroom management techniques, and develop individualized support strategies. Our goal is to empower schools to create positive, inclusive learning environments where all students can thrive!​

School consulting is offered in a collaborative model where we are in the classroom providing support and training. Professional development and group training models are offered as well. We are flexible and would love to meet to discuss how we can support your students. ​​​​​​
